Refund Policy

LeQion provides professional SEO consulting and advisory services. All services are provided based on an agreed scope, which may include research, analysis, strategy, recommendations and customised deliverables.

1. Payment in Advance

All LeQion services are paid in full in advance before work begins.

For ongoing monthly SEO advisory services, each monthly service period must be paid in advance before that period begins.

Work will begin once the applicable payment has been received.

2. Fixed-Scope SEO Projects

SEO Audit, SEO Growth and SEO Pro are fixed-scope professional services.

Once payment has been received and work has commenced, the payment is non-refundable, including where the client subsequently decides to discontinue, cancel or suspend the project.

3. Ongoing SEO Advisory

Ongoing SEO advisory services are paid in advance for each agreed service period.

If the client cancels or terminates an ongoing service, the payment already made for the current service period will not be refunded.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the already-paid service period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Project Cancellation or Suspension

If the client chooses to cancel, suspend or discontinue a project after payment has been made, no refund will be issued for the amount already paid.

This applies regardless of whether the client has used all of the services, deliverables or advisory time included in the applicable scope.

5. Scope Changes

If a client requests work outside the agreed scope, LeQion may provide a separate quotation before the additional work begins.

Additional services are not included in the original payment unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Service Concerns

If you believe that a delivered service does not materially correspond to the agreed scope, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

LeQion will review the matter and, where appropriate, address any material omission within the agreed scope.

7. No Results-Based Refunds

SEO performance depends on factors outside LeQion's control, including search engine algorithms, competition, website implementation and market conditions.

No refund will be provided because a particular Google ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue target or other SEO result was not achieved.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
