Welcome to LeQion ("LeQion", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of leqion.com and the purchase of SEO advisory services from LeQion.

1. Services

LeQion provides SEO consulting and advisory services, including SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO analysis, search intent analysis, content strategy, SEO recommendations, reporting and ongoing SEO advisory.

Our services provide analysis, strategy, recommendations and implementation instructions.

LeQion does not directly modify, develop, maintain or publish changes to client websites unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Website changes, coding, CMS updates, content publishing and other implementation work are the responsibility of the client's website administrator, developer or other implementation team.

2. Service Packages

Services may be provided as fixed-scope projects, including SEO Audit, SEO Growth and SEO Pro, or as ongoing monthly advisory services.

The scope of each service is determined by the applicable service description, quotation or written agreement.

Final scope and pricing may vary depending on website size, number of pages, technical complexity, competition and other project requirements.

3. Orders and Agreements

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a free SEO assessment does not create a binding agreement to purchase paid services.

A paid engagement begins when the scope, price and applicable terms have been agreed and accepted by both parties.

4. Fees and Payment

All prices are stated in euros unless otherwise specified.

VAT and other applicable taxes are charged where required by law.

Payment terms, invoicing arrangements and any applicable deposit are stated in the applicable quotation or agreement.

LeQion may suspend or delay delivery where agreed payments are overdue.

5. Delivery

Project delivery times depend on the agreed scope and the availability of information, access and cooperation required from the client.

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, website access or third-party providers may affect delivery schedules.

6. SEO Results

SEO results depend on many factors outside LeQion's control, including search engine algorithms, competition, website implementation, content quality, website authority and market conditions.

LeQion does not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, leads, revenue or other SEO outcomes.

Recommendations are based on available data and professional SEO analysis at the time of delivery.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access to relevant website, analytics and search data where required.

The client is responsible for implementing website, CMS, coding and content changes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LeQion is not responsible for results that are affected by recommendations not being implemented or being implemented incorrectly or incompletely.

8. Third-Party Platforms

SEO analysis may use third-party tools and services, including search engines, analytics platforms and SEO software.

LeQion is not responsible for changes, outages, limitations or inaccuracies caused by third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

LeQion retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, processes, know-how and pre-existing materials.

Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the project-specific reports, recommendations and deliverables provided to them for their own business purposes.

LeQion materials may not be resold, redistributed or commercially reproduced without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the agreed engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeQion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of its services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Cancellation

Cancellation terms for individual projects or ongoing services are determined by the applicable agreement or quotation.

Where work has already commenced, fees for completed or committed work may remain payable.

13. Changes to These Terms

LeQion may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version published on this website will apply to future website use and new engagements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the relevant agreement, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Disputes shall be handled by the competent authorities and courts as required by applicable law.
